Sam Rayner is a Principal Associate in our employment and labor team, based in Cambridge. He helps global organisations adopt employment strategies for the future, with a particular focus on the technology and life science sectors.

Sam is a partner for transformational change, whether that's strategic restructuring, implementation of AI/data-centric processes or navigating a changing industrial relations landscape. He acts as a single point of contact on complex international matters and a sounding board for dispute mitigation and management, with experience running high value employment and labor litigation, C-suite exits and industrial relation disputes.

Sam is also a senior member of our Labor workstream and advises on key elements of trade union strategy, including potential recognition and access requests.
