Jawad is a Senior Associate in Eversheds Sutherland’s Strategic Contracts Team. Jawad advises on a wide variety of high‑value technology and strategic contracting matters, including IT transformation programmes, major public sector procurements, multi‑vendor commercial frameworks, software licensing, AI‑enabled and data‑heavy solutions, cyber‑security, outsourcing and facilities management. His experience spans long‑term commercial supply arrangements, high-value and complex outsourcings, cloud procurement, and complex template modernisation projects.

Jawad’s experience includes acting for and advising:  a government entity on a mission‑critical video management system supporting thousands of CCTV cameras across a local transport network;  a regulated water company on the procurement of a strategically critical multi‑vendor data platform;  a global IT services and consulting company on a long-term, high-value Build Agreement;  a leading UK clothing and homeware retailer on the negotiation of a master services agreement covering business critical software and services;  a Hong-Kong investment group on a long‑term management agreement for two major UK car parks;  a regulated financial entity on the outsourcing of its entire UK FM portfolio, covering catering, gym, security, O&M, travel, cleaning, and landscaping;  a motor vehicle retail group on the first-generation outsourcing of its finance and accounting functions.
