Hannah is a principal associate in our corporate M&A group. Hannah advises corporates and private equity houses on cross-border M&A, investments, joint ventures and reorganisations. She has a particular focus on clients in the diversified industrials and infrastructure sectors. Hannah’s recent experience includes advising a syndicate of investors on the sale of an infrastructure asset in the rail sector and advising a multi-national corporate on a complex carve out transaction across 30+ jurisdictions.

Hannah completed a 9 month secondment at Smiths Group Plc in 2020 where she worked on matters including the US$3 billion demerger of their medical division. She also spent 6 months seconded to the Eversheds Sutherland Hong Kong corporate team working on M&A matters.
