Edward Bartlett is a Principal Associate in Eversheds Sutherland’s Finance group. Edward advises private credit funds, banks and other financial institutions, as well as private equity sponsors on complex lending transactions. Edward’s primary focus is on UK and cross-border acquisition finance transactions including private equity backed buyouts, management buy-outs, mergers and acquisitions, and refinancing and financial restructurings.
