Babar is a Managing Director and leads the consulting team at Konexo. He advises clients on operating model design, process optimisation, AI and technology assessment, selection and implementation, data management and change management. He works across both strategic and operational levels, enabling clients to achieve sustainable improvements in how they manage risk, compliance and legal services delivery. Additionally, Babar is part of the firm’s AI leadership team, where he supports clients in developing their AI strategy and the practical applications and responsible use of AI for their teams and processes.
