Jess is an experienced Senior Associate in the Regulatory & Investigations team at Eversheds Sutherland. She has a breadth of experience in contentious financial services regulatory matters, FCA Skilled Person reviews and internal investigations on behalf of regulated clients more broadly, with a particular focus on financial crime systems and controls and individual conduct. She also has in-house experience, having spent six months on secondment at a global bank. Jess’s recent experience includes leading on a Skilled Person review into whistleblowing systems and controls and speak up culture, a senior manager accountability review arising from an FCA enforcement outcome, and an internal investigation for an accountancy sector client concerning ethics and financial crime issues.
