Claire has extensive experience working on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions with a particular focus on acquisitions and disposals of high value investment properties and portfolios, development funding, real estate finance transactions, sale and leaseback transactions, M&A corporate support as well as significant experience in leasing and management.

Claire’s experience includes acting for a range of UK and global investors, international funds, operators and lenders across all sectors including, amongst others, office, logistics, senior living, student, PRS, leisure, healthcare, retail, energy, infrastructure and tech.

Alongside her day-to-day practice, Claire has also been recognised for her role in a number of pro-bono initiatives working for numerous charitable and educational organisations as well as sitting on diversity and inclusion committees.
