Chloe is a Partner specialising in complex Employment Tribunal Litigation. She originally trained as a barrister and cross qualified to become a solicitor in 2016. In light of this, Chloe has a strong litigation practice and regularly represents businesses and conducts advocacy in the Employment Tribunal. In July 2025, Chloe was appointed an Employment Tribunal Judge.

Chloe has a wealth of experience acting for Respondents in Tribunal litigation, including claims for unfair dismissal, all types of discrimination and whistleblowing. Chloe also has extensive experience conducting judicial mediations. A large part of her practice has been spent managing class-actions for either misclassification or the failure to collectively consult.

Chloe’s clients say she is “impressive to watch in the Tribunal”, “achieves great results” and is a “calming influence”.

In addition to her Tribunal work, Chloe provides a broad range of employment advice to clients including: • advising on complex disciplinary, appeal and grievances processes; • advising on large scale redundancy situations and change projects; • advising on complex flexible working requests involving disability issues and sex discrimination issues; • negotiating senior executive terminations; and • delivering training to clients on fair dismissals, discrimination in practice (with a focus on sexual harassment and disability discrimination) and mock Tribunals.</p
