Misha Sealy is a Senior Associate in the Commercial and Technology team. She advises public and private sector clients on commercial, consumer law and technology matters, with particular expertise in complex outsourcing arrangements for digital services in the financial services, TMT and life sciences sectors.

Her experience includes negotiating critical IT outsourcing arrangements and advising on software licensing, SaaS, support and maintenance agreements, as well as consumer terms and conditions. Misha also advises on emerging technologies, including AI and quantum computing, supporting technology-focused organisations on the commercial and contractual aspects of developing, procuring and deploying advanced and novel technologies.

In addition, Misha has significant experience advising pension scheme trustee clients on contractual arrangements for administration and technology outsourcing, including most recently, compliance with the Pensions Dashboards Regulations. Her work includes advising on data provision obligations, supplier performance, risk allocation and governance frameworks within regulated environments, balancing regulatory compliance with commercial and practical solutions.

Misha is known for providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice aligned to clients’ operational and regulatory requirements. She has extensive in-house experience through secondments with a global cybersecurity provider, a central government department and a leading UK bank, and regularly works alongside in-house legal, procurement and technology teams.
