Naomi is a senior associate in our planning and infrastructure consenting team based in the Birmingham office. Naomi has a broad experience of the planning process, having acting for developers, investors and public sector clients in a range of infrastructure and planning matters. This includes drafting and negotiating infrastructure and planning agreements, assisting with legal research and the preparation of advice notes on topics including permitted development rights, CIL, public rights of way and common land, and performing due diligence Naomi also has experience of the DCO process, having worked on several nationally significant infrastructure energy and transportation projects.
