Connor is a Senior Associate in the Leeds Restructuring team, advising on a broad range of corporate restructuring and insolvency matters, including both contentious and non-contentious work, with additional experience in banking and finance.

He advises lenders, insolvency practitioners (in their capacity as office holders) and corporate clients across a variety of restructuring and insolvency scenarios. Connor’s recent work includes advising on high-profile pre-pack administration sales, acting for both administrators and purchasers on separate matters; advising administrators in relation to distressed energy supply companies; advising lenders on significant financial restructurings; and advising fixed charge receivers on the disposal of portfolios of high value property assets.

Connor has a strong interest in international and cross-border restructuring matters and regularly works with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions. He has completed several secondments with the German restructuring team and has co-authored a publication in a leading German insolvency journal on hybrid claims in English and German insolvency proceedings.
