Oliver is a senior associate in our tax group, based in our Leeds office.

He handles a broad range of tax matters across corporate tax, employment tax, pensions tax and real estate tax (including both contentious and non-contentious work). Oliver has a particular focus on employment tax, advising on global mobility matters, off-payroll working arrangements and the taxation of termination arrangements. He also co-delivers the tax element of a regular cross-border working external training event, and routinely delivers internal training on various employment tax matters.

Separately, Oliver has experience of advising clients on their obligations in relation to the failure to prevent the criminal facilitation of tax evasion offences under the Criminal Finances Act 2017, authoring an article that was published in Taxation magazine, and has supported the firm with its own internal compliance.
