Stefanie Sahla-Jones is a partner in the Financial Services Group at Eversheds Sutherland, based in London. She advises sponsors, asset managers and institutional investors on the establishment, structuring and operation of private investment funds and related vehicles across a wide range of asset classes.

Her practice covers the structuring and launch of UK and offshore funds, including in Guernsey, Jersey, Luxembourg and Cayman, as well as joint ventures, co-investment arrangements, secondaries, fund extensions and restructurings. Stefanie has extensive experience advising large institutional investors, including pension schemes, investment foundations and insurance groups, on investments into pooled funds, funds of one and managed account structures across infrastructure, energy, renewables, private equity, credit, real estate and venture capital.

Stefanie is known for leading complex, multi-jurisdictional matters, acting as a central point of coordination across regulatory, tax and structuring workstreams, and for delivering pragmatic, commercial advice on both domestic and cross-border transactions.
