Wie-Men Ho

Work Department

Wie-Men is an experienced litigator and regularly conducts his own advocacy in Employment Tribunals, representing clients in complex, high profile and high-value discrimination complaints which often carry reputational risk. He has successfully defended many businesses and organisations in respect of actions involving breaches of the Equality Act 2010 (including all forms of discrimination and pay equity), misclassification claims, whistleblowing and breach of contract. He is currently representing a large retailer in an equal pay class action involving thousands of retail workers, one of the UK's first private sector class actions of its kind.

In addition to his litigation practice, he advises clients on strategic people management issues including business restructuring, tackling unlawful workplace discrimination, managing complex investigations and executive terminations.

Wie-Men also leads the Consumer Sector for the Employment, Labor and Pensions practice group and is the relationship partner for a number of large Consumer clients of the firm, including one of the UK's largest apparel retailers and a Global e-commerce business. He also acts for a number of clients in other sectors and prides himself on having a broad knowledge and understanding of issues that directly affect his clients' businesses and not just from an employment law perspective.
