Kate Ellis is a Legal Director and leads our trade mark prosecution team in the UK. As a dual qualified lawyer and trade mark attorney, she advises in connection with all aspects of trade marks and designs, including advising in connection with strategic brand protection issues, global portfolio management, the prosecution of trade mark applications around the world and contentious trade mark matters including registry proceedings. She is responsible for clients’ trade mark and design portfolios across all sectors, including consumer, financial services, leisure, education as well as the government sector.
