Naeema Choudry

Naeema is a Partner in our Employment, Labor and Pensions group and advises on all aspects of employment law acting on behalf of large-scale employers who are household names. Naeema has particular experience of dealing with clients in the food, retail, aerospace and nuclear industries. A highly experienced employment litigator and advocate with experience of dealing with complex, high profile employment tribunal claims, Naeema leads the firm’s employment litigation practice. Naeema is also a CEDR Accredited Mediator, Fee Paid Employment Judge and sits as a Deputy Chair of the Central Arbitration Committee dealing with collective disputes. Naeema also has a special interest in discrimination law and also leads the firm's discrimination practice as well as advising on whistleblowing, executive terminations, contractual disputes and large-scale re-organisations. Naeema regularly works in a cross-border environment. Naeema is also a contributing editor to Harvey on Industrial Relations and Employment Law, the practitioner’s textbook. Naeema is a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences and contributes to a variety of publications and broadcast media. Naeema is also the Co-Partner Sponsor of Verve, the firm’s ethnicity network and sits on the firm’s Inclusion Council.
