Alex is a Partner in the Eversheds Sutherland finance group. He is head of the Structured Finance group and advises on all forms of asset-based structured finance with a particular focus on securitisation and forward flow funding arrangements together with project managing and transacting commercial and consumer loan portfolio sales and acquisitions. Alex’s clients include funds, specialist lenders, banks, service providers and insurance companies advising on UK and international projects.
