Arren is a Legal Director in our Real Estates Dispute Resolution team, advising on a wide range of property related disputes and portfolio management matters across a number of sectors including financial services and hospitality and leisure. He also has extensive experience of advising clients in the Energy and Infrastructure sector on issues such as enforcement of rights, the exercise of statutory powers and compensation claims. Arren has developed particular expertise in respect of business rates, having successfully acted on a number of large and complex rating appeals, as well as advising in respect of rates mitigation measures, reliefs and exemptions.
