Helen May is a principal associate in our employment, labour and pensions practice group. She advises trustees and employers on all aspects of the legal and regulatory framework which applies to occupational pension plans. Helen’s clients operate in a wide range of sectors including consumer, financial services, manufacturing and the public sector. Her recent experience includes advising trustees in relation to an employer exit and the associated deferred debt arrangement and working closely with pensions managers on the bulk transfer of the DC section of their pension plans to various master trusts. Helen is a member of the Association of Pensions Lawyers and has been awarded the Trustee Certificate of Essential Pensions Knowledge by the PMI.
