Tom is a Partner in the London Real Estate group and is both Head of the London Real Estate team and Head of the Investment Management Services product group.

He is well known in the industry as a go-to lawyer for significant HQ pre-lets for corporate occupiers, including some of the largest global tech companies and financial institutions.

In addition, Tom has wide-ranging experience in commercial real estate work, acting for a variety of private sector clients in relation to complex, mixed-use development projects; large-scale portfolio purchases; and sale and leaseback transactions. He has recently advised on high-profile, mixed-use office and retail investments (predominantly in London) for both UK clients and overseas inward investors.
