Louise is a Partner in our Employment, Labor and Pensions Group advising on all aspects of UK employment law.

Louise has particular experience in advising on the employment aspects of commercial transactions and providing strategic advice in connection with workforce reorganisations and TUPE transfers, both UK and international.

Louise advises a number of global clients on UK employment law as well as cross border projects. For example, advising: a US headquartered business on 3 global outsourcings with lawyers from 41 different countries across the ES network; a European energy sector client on a multi-jurisdictional TUPE transfer with colleagues from Belgium and the Netherlands and a global technology business on employment status with lawyers from 17 different countries across the ES network.

Louise is also an experienced Tribunal advocate and has been responsible for advising on complex employment tribunal claims involving allegations of discrimination and whistleblowing. Recent experience includes assisting a client successfully defend a whistleblowing claim.
