Mark Wood is the Senior Office Partner and Head of our Nottingham Office. Mark leads our Restructuring team in the East Midlands and is also the Office Location Head of our Corporate Commercial Department encompassing our Corporate Finance and Commercial Advisory teams here in Nottingham.

Mark is a leading Individual in the restructuring arena in the UK and Globally. An original member of (TRI) the Turnaround Restructuring and Insolvency UK body, he advises on all aspects of restructuring in the Corporate Restructuring space in both Contentious and Non contentious restructuring work, advising ‘Board directors’, ‘Insolvency Practitioners’ and ‘Lenders’ in many of the UK’s largest restructuring and insolvency mandates.

Mark is also a Solicitor Advocate having obtained his higher rights of audience and leads the Contentious and Personal Insolvency part of the firm’s restructuring group for the firm.
