Priyesh is an associate in our human resources practice group. He advises on contentious and non-contentious employment issues for a wide range of clients, both national and international.

Priyesh has experience in advising on executive severances/compromise agreements, drafting employee handbook policies, procedures and service agreements/contracts.

His contentious work includes a widely reported tribunal claim, involving discrimination issues, for an international client.

In addition, he advises a number of major corporations. Most recently he has reviewed and updated multiple employment contracts and policies as part of a UK project.
