Wilson Antoon is a partner in Eversheds Sutherland’s International Arbitration group in London who acts in complex commercial and investment treaty disputes.

He acts in high-stakes disputes arising out of commercial contracts, foreign investment, corporate transactions and M&A, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, major construction projects, and fraud. He represents clients as both advisor and advocate under the major arbitral rules, including LCIA, ICC, UNCITRAL, ICSID, SIAC, and HKIAC. Wilson has acted for governments and foreign investors in investment treaty disputes, achieving notable successes. He has been recognised as a ‘Next Generation Partner’ in International Arbitration by Legal 500, and is also ranked in other leading legal directories. He is also experienced in cross-border litigation.

Wilson has acted in disputes spanning Europe, Asia, the Americas, the Middle East, and Africa. His sector experience includes energy (renewables and oil & gas), mining, financial services, digital assets, construction and infrastructure, manufacturing, life sciences, telecoms, and technology.

He holds an LLB (First Class Honours) and a B.Com in Finance from The University of Sydney, and is admitted as a Solicitor in England & Wales with Higher Rights of Audience, and in New South Wales, Australia.
