Based out of London, Kyle is a dual-qualified (UK and US) Senior Associate in our Corporate team, focused principally on mergers and acquisitions, both domestic and cross-border, and international corporate reorganizations. Kyle frequently supports clients on global carve-outs and is a contributing author of the forthcoming ICAEW best practice guide to sell-side carve-out transactions. Kyle began his career in our US offices, where he worked as an M&A attorney for several years before joining our UK team. With his transatlantic background, Kyle is experienced in assisting US-based clients in acquiring or divesting EMEA businesses, and vice versa. Kyle has supported clients on transactions in a diverse range of industries, including automotive, food and beverage, building products, technology and media, aerospace and defence, and renewable energy.
