Thomas is a Partner in the Eversheds Corporate M&A and Private Equity team. Thomas takes a leading role in advising on some of the firm's largest private equity mandates, as well as general M&A transactions. Thomas provides comprehensive advice on the M&A process and leads transactions from the early stages of inception through to the successful completion of a deal. He has extensive experience providing strategic advice to sponsors, founders and management teams as part of the overall deal process, as well as large corporate clients on their M&A strategy and execution.
