Claire Carroll is a partner in the Litigation and Dispute Management Team, with significant experience advising clients in the financial services sector on regulatory investigations and enforcement matters. Claire regularly manages enforcement proceedings brought by the FCA and PRA, and has an established practice handling disputes arising in the financial services arena. Claire is also highly proficient in skilled person reviews (s166), both when appointed as the skilled person and in advising clients through the process, having led multiple such reviews. In addition, Claire handles a variety of complex internal conduct investigations, including matters involving whistleblowing. As an experienced pensions litigator, Claire has acted in a wide spectrum of pensions disputes, and has appeared in many of the sector’s leading cases, including before the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.
