Audrey leads the firm’s national Global Mobility practice and the combined Employment and Global Mobility in Birmingham. She has over 30 years’ experience advising public and private sector organisations on UK global mobility matters, with particular focus on immigration strategy and compliance.

Her work includes advising on sponsor licence obligations, compliance audits and applications under the Points Based System, including securing permission for senior executives and directors to live and work in the UK. Audrey also advises clients on immigration enforcement matters, including illegal working investigations and Home Office compliance visits.

She acts for a broad range of UK and international organisations, including multinational employers. Alongside her advisory practice, Audrey delivers practical immigration training and regularly designs bespoke programmes to support HR and legal teams.
