Jonathan is a Partner and Head of our Construction and Engineering group, based in London.

He is a Senior Construction Litigator specialising in large, high-value and technically complex construction and infrastructure disputes (court proceedings, adjudication and arbitration). His sector strengths include office, retail, logistics, renewables including CHP plants, biomass and offshore wind, with a particular specialism in complex delay claims.

Jonathan specialises in conducting (and where necessary driving) ADR in high-value, multi-party disputes. He has been instrumental in settling apparently intractable disputes by proposing innovative commercial solutions involving complex settlement structures.
