Stephen is a partner in the Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP Real Estate practice and Co-Head of the Leeds Office Real Estate team. He is most proficient in real estate investment and development and has a wealth of experience in the structuring and implementation of high value and complex transactions, including portfolio deals. He acts for a range of institutional investors, pension funds, property companies, developers and blue-chip corporate occupiers in relation to fund structures, sales, acquisitions, developments and development funding, forward purchases and sales, and sale and leasebacks. Stephen also has a track record of acting for corporate occupiers in relation to HQ relocation projects.
