She advises multinational companies in respect of high-value and complex international commercial arbitration, court proceedings connected with arbitrations (including challenges to awards and at the enforcement stage) and standalone, High Court litigation. Luisa also supports clients to manage their ESG-related risk, including in relation to greenwashing claims and climate change litigation. Luisa works for businesses across multiple sectors include the Energy, Diversified Industrials, Financial Services and Retail sectors.
