•\tacting for Carlyle, Precede Capital and Apollo Capital as lenders on multiple residential development financings, including the £259m financing of Embassy Boulevard in Nine Elms;

•\tacting for LaSalle Investment Management on a £97m green loan financing for Related Argent and Invesco;

•\tacting for Dominus on multiple hotel, student housing and development financing transactions;

•\tacting for various leading international student housing providers on key portfolio financings;

•\tacting for multiple debt funds on logistics, student housing, hotel and mixed-use development financing transactions in Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden and Ireland;

•\tacting for Regal London and LaSalle on the acquisition and £188m development financing of a site in Wembley; and

•\tacting for the Airport Industrial Property Unit Trust on the refinancing of its portfolio, with Wells Fargo granting a sustainability-linked facility of £350 million.
