Hannah Wilkins is a partner in the employment group and co leads the firm’s cross border employment group, coordinating multi jurisdictional advice for multinational employers on complex international employment and labour law issues. She also leads the firm’s global technology sub sector, advising technology focused and high growth businesses on workforce strategy, employment risk and sensitive people matters including related to global AI implementation.

Hannah has extensive experience supporting global organisations on cross border reorganisations, executive issues, investigations, global policy harmonisation and the employment aspects of corporate transactions. She works closely with international colleagues across the world to deliver joined up, pragmatic solutions aligned to client objectives.

Her practice also includes high value and high risk whistleblowing issues and senior exits. Hannah acts for clients across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on technology, manufacturing and global professional services.

She is recognised in the legal directories for her international employment work and was recently shortlisted for International Employment Lawyer of the Year by International Employment Lawyer, reflecting her work on complex international employment matters.
