Matthew is a Partner in our Commercial group and a member of our Financial Institutions group.

He leads our Digital Financial Services and Fintech group and our Consumer Law team. Matthew specializes in advising our clients in this sector on their commercial arrangements, including terms and conditions of supply and purchase, consumer terms and conditions, affinity agreements, supply chain arrangements, information technology (IT) and outsourcing agreements, and software licensing. He has written many articles on consumer law and commercial law and is a contributor to BBC news programs.
