Huw is an Employment Partner on the Human Resources team at Eversheds Sutherland.

He has 20 years of experience (10 years as a Partner) in advising the private, public and third sector clients in relation to a wide range of employment law issues — from “routine” disciplinary and grievances matters through to mergers and restructuring issues.

Huw also leads the Eversheds Sutherland Local Government team nationally across all disciplines, as well as the Employment and Pensions team for the wider public sector. He works closely with his counterparts for the public and third sectors.

He has represented clients in Tribunal claims and has also acted on multiple action claims, including advising local authorities on the defense of thousands of equal pay claims and advising on the defense of multiple section 145B and section 189 TULRCA claims.
