Bethan Davies is a senior associate in our construction and engineering group. She focuses on non-contentious construction work and advises clients on all legal aspects of construction and engineering contract documentation including drafting, negotiating, and advising on standard form and bespoke construction contracts. Bethan has extensive experience of advising clients in the energy and infrastructure sectors with a particular focus on nuclear and water projects. She is currently working on some of the UK’s highest profile infrastructure and energy projects.
