Stephen is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate Practice Group, working specifically within the energy sector as part of the firm’s Global Energy Group. Stephen is familiar with all aspects of real estate transactions, with a focus on securing land rights for lateral infrastructure (cables or pipelines) connected with both onshore renewable energy projects (such as solar, wind and battery storage) and offshore projects (including wind and interconnectors). He has worked with clients who are market leaders in the sector, and has helped to deliver a number of significant projects involving many kilometres of infrastructure and/or hundreds of individual property interests, some of which will be the largest of their kind once constructed. Stephen also has experience advising on landlord and tenant transactions, disposals, acquisitions and corporate support in relation to property portfolios.
