Andrew Burns is a partner in the Real Estate Group and heads the Cardiff Real Estate team. He specialises in advising on real estate aspects of major infrastructure and transport projects, with particular expertise in complex land acquisition, utilities and the implementation of compulsory purchase matters. Andrew regularly acts for public and Government bodies on the delivery of major transport schemes, with a focus on rail and aviation. Andrew also leads the firm’s Electric Vehicle practice, advising landowners, investors and operators on EV infrastructure across the UK and Europe.
