Tom Bray is a Partner in Eversheds Sutherland’s Employment, Labour and Pensions Practice Group, and is Senior Office Partner and Employment and Labour lead in the firm’s large full service Cardiff office.

He has been a recommended individual in the leading legal directories for many years, where he has been described as “switched on” with a “clear and straightforward” manner. Tom has a broad employment law practice, advising on the full spectrum of employment and labour matters. His primary focus is on non contentious work, including HR transactional support and TUPE advice, both in the UK and internationally. He also has extensive experience advising on labour relations in the transport sector (particularly focused on aviation and rail), leading the firm’s UK employment and labour law transport sector practice. In addition, Tom leads the firm’s UK employment and labour transaction support practice and is highly experienced in managing complex, cross border projects, particularly those arising from M&A transactions and service transfers.
