Julie is a Principal Associate in the Employment and Labor and Pensions Practice Group. She is experienced in advising clients on all aspects of contentious and noncontentious employment law matters. Julie has a practice specialism in complex employment litigation and discrimination matters, and acts for a number of the firm’s key clients in high profile, multi-head discrimination, whistleblowing, TU detriment and worker status claims. As a key member of the Eversheds Sutherland Governments and Infrastructure (Transport) and Industrial sector groups, Julie has considerable sector experience and regulatory knowledge with a focus on aviation and aerospace and defense. Her recent experience includes acting on claims before the EAT and Court of Appeal.
