Rachael is a Legal Director in our Real Estate Practice Group and leads Eversheds Sutherland’s Health & Life Sciences Real Estate Practice. She advises on all aspects of non-contentious real estate work including acquisitions and disposals, Landlord and Tenant work, portfolio management, development transactions and the real estate elements of corporate deals.

Rachael has a long-standing involvement in the Life Sciences Sector and advises major pharmaceutical and life science companies, research councils, and educational institutes on a range of real estate issues and particularly in relation to the management and operation of their premises.

Her recent experience includes advising on the purchase of GSK’s new Central London global HQ, the sale of GSK’s former HQ premises in West London, the development of Haleon plc’s oral healthcare research and innovation facility in Weybridge and the disposal of their manufacturing site in Maidenhead, and a number of other Sector focused acquisitions to place Life Sciences clients in best in class research lab, office and manufacturing facilities.
