Lauren is a Principal Associate in the Real Estate team at Eversheds Sutherland, with a primary focus on advising clients in the Infrastructure and Transport sector on a broad spectrum of property matters.

Lauren handles a diverse range of property-related issues, including landlord and tenant transactions, asset management, development schemes, retail leasing, and the acquisition and disposal of land for both operational and non-operational transport use. She has acted primarily for rail clients for the past 11 years and her specialisms are navigating the property and regulatory requirements at stations, depots, and freight sites, as well as managing the compulsory purchase and discretionary acquisition of land and rights for complex infrastructure development projects.

Whilst she has developed expertise within the transport and infrastructure sector, Lauren has also advised a wide range of clients on non-infrastructure related matters. This includes supporting logistics clients with the development and acquisition of fulfilment centres and distribution hubs and assisting US corporates with office space acquisitions.
