Gareth is a partner in our litigation and dispute management group and leads the Litigation & Arbitration Team in our Cardiff office. He acts on all manner of commercial disputes for local, national and international clients. Gareth is best known for acting on behalf of clients in the financial services sector, where he has significant experience in defending mass claims, group action litigation and complaints before the ombudsman, with particular focuses on consumer credit, mortgages and investment products. His broader experience includes acting for corporates as claimants in a range of disputes, including matters concerning breaches of contract, professional negligence, civil fraud, property damage and debt and asset recovery.
