Angharad is a Legal Director at Eversheds Sutherland, leading the firm’s Inquiries and Investigations offering in Wales and forming part of the firm’s Inquiries & Investigations team. She advises public and private sector clients across the full lifecycle of public inquiries, confidential governance investigations and inquests, combining strategic advice with hands-on delivery. Angharad has acted for Core Participants and other stakeholders in a number of the UK’s highest-profile inquiries, including the Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry, the Infected Blood Inquiry, the Grenfell Tower Inquiry and the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse. She has also supported clients providing evidence to the Manchester Arena Inquiry and the UK Covid-19 Inquiry. Her experience includes acting as solicitor to the Independent Jersey Care Inquiry and leading the solicitor team in the Sabina Rizvi Inquest. Known for meticulous preparation and calm leadership, Angharad frequently oversees complex document review exercises, advises on privilege and manages multidisciplinary teams. PRINCE2 qualified and experienced in handling protectively marked material, she also writes and delivers training on public inquiry legislation, helping clients and witnesses engage confidently in challenging circumstances.
