Jennifer is a Principal Associate in our employment team. She advises on all aspects of employment and HR, with a particular focus on the life sciences sector. Jennifer has a strong track record supporting pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients, as well as businesses in related industries including medical audits, medical writing and medical technology. She leads the UK employment law provision (a team of around 15 employment lawyers) for a listed global pharmaceutical company, providing strategic day-to-day HR advice and managing contentious matters, including Employment Tribunal litigation. Jennifer also regularly leads multi-jurisdictional projects for global businesses, including large-scale restructurings and contract changes, balancing the benefits of a consistent global approach with local legal requirements.
