Jan leads the Swedish Construction & Engineering, as well as the Reconstruction and Insolvency Groups. Jan helps clients plan, negotiate, and execute complex commercial contracts, primarily in the energy, plant, and construction sectors, while also guiding clients through reconstruction and insolvency issues.

Jan primarily area of expertise includes advising clients on national and multi-jurisdictional commercial contracts, including EPCI and turnkey projects, with a strong emphasis on the energy, plant, construction, and engineering sectors. He is highly proficient in national and international standard terms, ensuring effective contract management across jurisdictions. He also provides counsel on a wide range of business-to-business agreements, including commercial agency, distribution, cooperation and R&D, purchase and supply, and consultancy and services agreements.
