Zelma works in the litigation practice group and specializes in commercial and contractual disputes.

She has experience in claims for contesting agreements, recovery of funds, shareholder disputes and construction disputes, among others.

Zelma has also gained experience in administrative proceedings, including in relation to supervision of financial and capital market participants. She has contributed to representation of clients’ interests before the Court of Justice of the European Union and the Constitutional Court.
