Ginta is Attorney at law and she leads our Public & Administrative Practice.

Ginta holds a Ph.D. degree and has over 15 years of experience advising clients on governmental decisions, policy, internal administrative procedures and regulatory issues. She embodies the rare ability to successfully merge her inclination for academic research with a practical and hands-on business approach. She handles a broad array of matters involving aspects of public and administrative law, including applications for permits, responses to bid solicitations and requests for proposals, administrative violation proceedings, regulatory dialogue process, environmental assessments, and enforcement proceedings.

Counseling clients on spatial planning, zoning and aiding in the approval process of real estate improvements and development is another part of Ginta’s practice. She can assist you in obtaining a variety of government incentives and benefits in connection with the development of your property, as well as secure approval for your projects.

Ginta regularly represents clients at all stages of administrative proceedings. She has considerable experience in complex of appellate court proceedings, including judicial review before national and EU court and especially the Constituiojnal Court.
