Associate

Beatrise is an Associate who provides support to our Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Intellectual Property practice groups.

She has gained extensive experience in criminal proceedings, in particular in the field of money laundering and the prevention of the financing of terrorism and proliferation. Beatrise also provides support in administrative proceedings and administrative infringement proceedings.

Beatrise supports our Intellectual Property practice group dealing with specific and complex issues in industrial property rights and copyrights, as well as information technology law. Beatrise has provided support for projects related to local and international registration and the challenge of patent and trademark registration in the Patent Office of the Republic of Latvia, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
