- Indirect real estate including setting up joint venture vehicles, carry arrangements, and corporate wrapped property dealings.
- Acquisition and disposal of numerous shopping centres and their asset management for a variety of clients.
- Developments, acquisitions and disposals of warehouse stock around the UK's airports.
- City centre redevelopments of offices, retail and leisure complexes, along with sales and acquisitions.
- Acquisition and development of data centres, together with operational and property contracts.
